Email Address and name
We don't keep your email address on our server except for the recipient address in the regularly cleared email server log. This log in only visible to the top site administrators and will never be shared or sold with any third parties.Your postcard is considered a private message
We don't log your message in any way so it will stay as private as you want it. However these postcards are not meant as an anonymous message service since it could easily be abused, so we do log the time and IP address of each card. The names and email addresses are not in this log, only the time it was sent, IP address and which image was in the card is logged. We will only review this log if a complaint is ever made to us about a sender of a card.IP Address
We log the IP address of the sender as part of the normal use of the webserver. This by no mean identifies you personally but it does help us track the countries visitors come from to better adapt this bilingual site.Advertising
This site has no advertising on it so we don't sell or share any data not visible to the public with third parties. This includes visitor's statistics, email addresses, IP addresses and any other data that is normally collected as part of a marketing procedure. Never-the-less we do reserve the right to share some information about our site with contributors to the site relating to their own contributions.
